**Public Policy Associate, Latam Responsibilities**:

- Execute cross-functional regional and country-wide strategic initiatives, focusing on product and legislative policy priorities
- Conduct research on key topics to enrich narratives, collaborating closely with other teams
- Articulate regional and local policy positions in briefing papers, consultation responses and internal policy meetings
- Develop internal tools to facilitate the connection between product development and regulatory priorities
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where processes are fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Develop streamlined processes for evaluating products, considering public policy implications.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Law, or a related field
- Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes and policy development
- Ability to analyze policy implications and provide actionable recommendations for product decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to assess policy impact and outcomes

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- PhD degree or advanced coursework in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field
- Experience working in a regulatory or public policy role, preferably in the technology or related industry
- Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and policy trends in Latin America.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and advocacy efforts.
- Proficiency in additional languages spoken in Latin America (e.g., Portuguese)
