**Responsibilities**:
**Compensation (Primary Focus)**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures, including salary bands and incentive plans, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking using compensation survey data and industry standards.
- Complete annual salary survey submissions
- Assist in annual compensation planning, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- Analyze compensation trends and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Evaluate job descriptions to determine appropriate salary levels and FLSA classification.
- Support pay equity analysis and compliance with relevant compensation-related regulations.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to provide compensation guidance.
- Assist with ongoing maintenance of the stock administration program. Work with participants to accept grants and open brokerage accounts, and roll out employee training.

**Talent Operations (Secondary Focus)**:
- Support the HR Help Desk by addressing compensation-related inquiries and other HR-related questions.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate compensation and benefits data entry.
- Maintain HRIS records related to compensation, benefits, and employee job data.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts within HR operations.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance filings as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation planning.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; ADP Workforce Now highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with compensation survey tools such as Radford, Comp Analyst, Comptryx.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in high-growth, dynamic environments.
- BS degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
