We are currently looking for a **Compensations Junior Analyst** to join our LATAM Compensations Team, reporting to Latam Compensation leader.

**What You´ll Do?**

As Compensation Junior Analyst you will oversee maintenance of required records in HR Systems. Review and prepare data. Participate in surveys. Assist in merit increase planning and administration. Assist the annual bonus program and salary review process. Assist in job evaluations. Perform special projects and reports as required.

**What do we value?**

People with some experience in Compensation, Benefits or Payroll who will assist and support day-to-day activity within the Compensation and Benefits team, as well as supporting on annual processes and ad hoc projects with confidence and ability to work as part of a team structure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee maintenance of records in HR Systems.
- Prepare data and participate in market surveys.
- Assist in merit increase planning.
- Assist in annual bonus program and salary review process.
- Assist in job evaluations.
- Perform special projects as required.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Student close to Graduation or recent graduates from Business Administration; Labor Relationships or related fields.
- 2 years of experience working in Compensation, Benefits or Payroll.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, disposition to learn and develop in HR skills
- Advanced English is a MUST.
- Ability to work well within a team structure with interaction with other teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to gather and analyze information.
- Experience in HIGH Tech market (preferable).
