Trabajo Híbrido **Contaremos contigo para**: *** Encuestas salariales y análisis de datos**: - Colaborar con la implementación de encuestas salariales para diferentes industrias, incluida la recopilación de datos, la realización de análisis, la interpretación de datos y la entrega de resultados. - Generar reportes y análisis de datos de la base de datos para atender las necesidades de información de mercado de los clientes, tanto cualitativas como cuantitativas. **Gestión de clientes** - Generar relaciones con los clientes de la industria a cargo, presentándoles la oferta integral MMC. Liderar o colaborar con las llamadas de los clientes, según la necesidad o la naturaleza de la llamada. - Trabajar con los clientes de forma autónoma o acompañado de un consultor senior para sugerir trabajos de referencia adecuados de acuerdo a sus necesidades y/o complejidad. - Ayudar a los consultores más senior a interpretar las necesidades de los clientes y hacer recomendaciones sobre cómo usar nuestros datos, metodologías. - Armar propuestas de servicios y productos para los clientes de acuerdo a sus necesidades. - Formalización de propuestas comerciales, siguiendo los lineamientos administrativos. **Gestión de proyectos** - Participar en proyectos de consultoría dentro de compensaciones - Colaborar con el diseño y desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios **¿Qué necesitas tener?**: Graduado o estudiante de último año de las carreras de Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín 2 años en actividades del área HR (Compensaciones o relaciones laborales) Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas) Inglés intermedio Avanzado **¿Qué te hace destacar?**: Comunicación y relación fluida con los clientes. Actitud proactiva, trabajo en equipo Pensamiento crítico, curiosidad y analítico Marsh McLennan está comprometida con el trabajo híbrido, que incluye la flexibilidad de trabajar a distancia y la colaboración, las conexiones y los beneficios de desarrollo profesional de trabajar juntos en la oficina. Se espera que todos los colegas de Marsh McLennan estén en su oficina o trabajando in situ con los clientes al menos tres días a la semana. Los equipos con base en la oficina identificarán al menos un "día de anclaje" por semana en el que todo su equipo estará reunido en persona
