**Title**:
Client Relations Specialist

**Job Purpose**:
To provide a consistently high level of service to a customer

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of domestic pickups as well as international when necessary (most Canada).
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and service requests.
- Notify all delay/holiday/strike notifications to the client in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all overnight shipment movement and ensure that all deliveries are updated in Maestro in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all inbound/outbound activity for all client activity. Coordination of domestic pickups as well as international when necessary (most Canada).

- Follow up on all inbound/outbound activity for all client activity.
- Maintaining of both Domestic and International pending pod reports.
- Ensuring all key milestones are updated in Maestro in a timely manner.
- Follow up and management of all missing or delayed shipments with the client.
- Tracking of all non-branch-controlled accounts with the client transiting through our region.
- Ensuring all activity destined to client the following morning is pre-alerted to them each evening.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year logistics experience
- 1 year customer service experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1 year freight booking experience preferred
- 1 year’s logístical track & trace experience preferred
- 1 year’s international logistics experience preferred
