Responsible for accurately entering customer Purchase Orders (POs). Driving cross-functional issue resolution (order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders), using the required tooling, in a timely manner and within the SLAs.

**This position reports to**:
Project Operations Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supports internal and external customers through swift and precise order entry and issue resolution.
- Pro-active communication with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.
- Manages clean order entry according to the relevant requirements (prices, spike quantities, dates, customer and company data, etc.) to allow order execution in the system.
- Liaisons with customers in case of inexecutable request dates/quantities to ensure on time deliverability according to customer needs.
- Monitors and escalates cases and repetitive discrepancies as needed.
- Collects and archives documentation regarding the orders and records assumptions and decisions taken during the process in the systems in scope of responsibility.
- Reads, understands and follows the HSE guidelines and reports discrepancies to leadership.

**Your background**:

- Graduate or student of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Accounting.
- 2 years of experience in monitoring and management of equipment to factories.
- Experience in customer services.
- Intermediate English level.
