We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Network Operations Support Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide 3-7 years of experience in Network Operations Support, focusing on Corporate WAN and Wireless environments.
- ** Manage and troubleshoot complex multi-site voice and data LAN/WAN network solutions, primarily using Cisco products.**:

- Handle Level 2 and Level 3 support for network operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Perform daily network health checks, monitoring, and reporting using advanced diagnostic tools to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Support major incident management, providing effective solutions for network-related issues.
- Configure, implement, install, and commission secure network environments, including routing, switching, and dynamic protocols.
- Ensure end-to-end secure network operations with expertise in technologies such as Access Control, Next-Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Encryption (IPSEC, SSL, PKI), and Proxy Services.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to meet business requirements, including 24x7 shift patterns and occasional holiday coverage.

**Essential Skills**:

- ** Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.**:

- In-depth understanding of network infrastructure, advanced IP addressing, and routing/switching concepts.
- Proven ability to utilize advanced diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Experience with security event information management systems and stateful firewall technologies.
- Demonstrable ability to manage and support secure network environments effectively.

**Good to Have (Desirable)**:

- Experience with Netcool for alert configuration and monitoring.
- CCNP certification or equivalent.
