**Company Description**

Como Gerente Asociado en Costumer Success liderarás el inicio y desarrollo de relaciones fructíferas con los clientes (principales fabricantes de consumo masivo) a nível local garantizando el desarrollo comercial, la comunicación continua y la creación de estrategias alineadas a la visión de negocio del cliente. Asimismo, te encargarás del desarrollo del equipo, organizando y formando a los analistas a su cargo.

- Establecerás altos estándares de entrega al cliente, proporcionarás soporte, reconocimiento y retroalimentación para desarrollar asociados y apoyar un entorno de equipo sólido enfocado en exceder los requisitos internos y externos de los clientes.
- Manejarás conversaciones confidenciales con clientes, también resolverás conflictos y armonizarás los procesos a nível interno.
- Tendrás que conocer al cliente, entender sus necesidades y su negocio para proponer estrategias con una visión integral de las soluciones de NielsenIQ.
- Apoyarás en la creación de planes anuales para definir planes de acción con los clientes identificando objetivos, soluciones a presentar y resultados a obtener.
- Realizarás presentaciones de negocio con un alto nível de detalle analítico, a las distintas áreas de los clientes
- Fomentarás y apoyarás el desarrollo continuo de los asociados de su equipo, motivándolos y realizando acompañamientos, capacitaciones y retroalimentaciones continuas.
- Negociarás y asegurarás el modelo de servicio con base a entregables con su cartera de clientes.

Entonces no dudes en postularte, tendrás un alcance a nível local con clientes del sector retail (con presencia a nível mundial), ayudarás a desarrollar el talento de posiciones jr. y trainees así como liderarás el desarrollo de un equipo sólido mientras eres tú mismo, en un ambiente de trabajo que propicia el aprendizaje y crecimiento profesional.

**Requerimientos**

- Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Marketing o afín.
- Experiência en empresas de Consumo Masivo, Retailers consultoras de investigación de mercado, áreas de marketing, comercial, gestión de proyectos. (Más de 6 años)
- Paquetería Microsoft Avanzado (PowerPoint, Excel y Word)
- Power Bi (Deseable nível intermedio).
- Inglés (Intermedio-Avanzado / Avanzado deseable).
- Buena habilidad de gestión de proyectos (en tiempo, Según el alcance y con flexibilidad cuando sea necesario)
- Experiência comprobable de gestión de equipos
- Gestión del cliente y habilidades de consultoría
- Trabajo bajo presión y manejo de estrés
