**Your mission as Industry Director Guarantee Industry Forecast**: Ensure 100% fulfillment of assigned industry's forecast. Strategically allocate resources and prioritize time investments in clients to achieve development within the assigned industry. Resource Allocation and Prioritization: Generate new business opportunities and seek growth in the investment of forecasting clients. This involves assessing opportunities and challenges to maximize ROI, continuously upselling services, identifying new opportunities, prospect potential clients and pitch holistic solutions to target new companies. Facilitate partnership with top industry clients: Identify and implement effective strategies to foster collaboration between clients in the assigned vertical. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances assigned industry to enhance Kids Corp's market position and offerings, collaborating with industry leaders, associations, and complementary businesses to explore synergies and co-create value-added solutions for clients Client Acquisition and Retention Strategies: Develop and implement best practices for acquiring, developing, and retaining clients within the assigned industry. Continuously analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments. Ensure Compliance and Quality: Uphold compliance standards and ensure the quality of deliverables to meet client expectations and align with defined strategies. Adopt and evangelize Kids Corp way of woking and tools to continuously improve processes and outputs. Ensure compliance with deadlines, follow up on campaign reporting, providing a critical and innovative view. Cross-Functional Coordination to achieve Planning Strategy '24: Lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy, and Account Management, to execute action plans effectively. This involves establishing communication channels and facilitating meetings to execute defined action plans, establish clear workflows and interactions, and monitor their progress. Feedback Collection and Actionable Insights: Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to gather insights into satisfaction levels, pain points, and areas for improvement. Analyze feedback data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing service delivery, refining strategies, and driving client-centric innovations. Effective Communication and Promotion: Coordinate communication efforts with the Marketing and PR department to effectively showcase Kids Corp's value proposition to clients within the assigned industry. Utilize various channels and mediums to enhance brand visibility and reputation Continuous Learning and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the client-facing teams at Kids Corp. Implement training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance skills, deepen industry expertise, and stay abreast of evolving market dynamics and client need Performance management: Monitoring and analyzing KPIs related to client projects and business development efforts, assessing the success of the campaigns, identifying improvement areas, and implementing strategies to optimize performance and drive results. Develop a clear narrative and value proposition for current and potential clients within the vertical in charge, ensuring consistency in the go-to-market approach across all involved teams. Prioritize resource and time investment in client relationship development within the industry under their responsibility.
