We are looking for committed and passionate people with accounting and administration knowledge to become the new accounting clerks of the Voyansi Group

Accounting staff responsibilities include registering and reconciling accounts, keeping updated records, supporting accounting closings, and issuing local invoices. To be successful in this role, you must be dynamic and results-oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

- Registration and control of expense reports.
- Accounting records of banks.
- Accounting records in general.
- Registration and monitoring of monthly provisions.
- Bank reconciliations and account balances.
- Supplier reconciliation.
- Support in accounting closing and account control. Provide support to the Accounting team and the company in general.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Control of documentation received and registration.
- Control and registration of expenses with credit cards.
- Salary registration based on information sent by external providers.
- Registration of monthly tax settlement based on information sent by external providers.
- Coordination with the Treasury of weekly payments based on the outstanding balances of suppliers.
- Reconciliation of accounting accounts and suppliers. Administrative tasks and contact with company personnel requesting expense statements.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced student or recent graduate in Accounting or related fields.
- English level: Advanced, both written and oral.
- +1 years of experience working in accounting areas in companies with a strong focus on processes and compliance

or consultancies (desirable, not exclusive).

It will be valued:

- Technological knowledge: knowledge of different accounting software, especially Quickbook and Gmail suite, taste for technology and innovation. Adaptability to work with people abroad remotely.
