**Responsibilities**:
We are currently recruiting for an ESG Reporting Analyst to join our growing sustainability team. This is a hybrid role and will report to the Global Head of Sustainability, Giving and People Experience.

We are looking for a team-centric individual with a passion for ESG information systems and processes along with a desire to leverage data to advance our ESG leadership. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and communications skills to manage and drive rigorous analysis and insights to meet the evolving needs of our business and ESG stakeholders.

The ESG Senior Reporting Analyst is heavily involved in the continued development and implementation of Endava’s ESG disclosure strategy, research and submissions, working with stakeholders across all internal business units and functional teams to gather data and progress on ESG Reporting goals and objectives.

**OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES**

Sustainability Submission Management
- Drive the aggregation of ESG data to meet global ESG reporting and communication needs.
- Maintain a central ESG database for internal use and reporting to ratings organisations and peer company comparisons.
- Monitor and track progress against ESG goals and metrics.
- Support ESG framework alignment and disclosure, including but not limited to: Sustainable Accounting Standards Board and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
- Engage with ESG ratings firms, understanding the mechanisms behind the rating, and developing strategies to drive positive score influence.
- Coordinate and complete submission processes for sustainability assessments
- Engage with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts in the business to request and collect information needed for assessments
- Perform gaps analysis of processes, information or metrics impacting sustainability submissions
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and propose opportunities for improvement of sustainability submissions

**ESG Team Responsibilities**
- Participate in the further development and implementation of the Team’s objectives, including the annual ESG Report development
- Support the global ESG team in executing broader strategy and program.
- Drive continuous system and process improvement.
- Provide RFP and RFI support on ESG-related matters

**Qualifications and Experience**:
