In Vates you will participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed in different parts of the world. We are looking for proactive leaders, oriented to teamwork, passionate about programming in this language and who seek to provide the best experience to the end user.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform business and system analysis for a large, complex data conversion and reporting database work stream as part of a larger program
- Perform system process analysis to identify interface points and workflow considerations
- Document use cases, functional specifications, and interactive prototyping
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage client expectations
- Escalate concerns and issues to Program Leadership
- Create current state and future state business process flows

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 - 5 years Property & Casualty insurance experience across various Lines of Business
- 3 - 5 years Business Analyst experience
- Consulting experience is strongly preferred
- Desired Technical/Business Skills
- Expertise in English and Spanish for written and verbal communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate to the audience
- Ability to create high quality Use Cases and supporting documentation
- High level of self-confidence and BA skills to gain client credibility
- Ability to take the initiative and solve problems as they arise
- Aptitude to learn and demonstrate above average knowledge of OneShield suite of products
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to compile and provide sound task estimations
- Ability to produce quality work within an aggressive schedule
- Experience in both waterfall and agile development environments.

Workplace: 100% remote from anywhere in LATAM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree

3 - 5 years Property & Casualty insurance experience across various Lines of Business

3 - 5 years Business Analyst experience

Consulting experience is strongly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate to the audience
