**People Experience Analyst**

As a **People Experience Analyst**,** you will be responsible for promoting our values, developing and implementing new and innovative approaches to build and strengthen our culture and empower our community.

**The Impact You'll Make**:

- Be an active member and promoter of Parser’s Culture & Community and ESG (Environment, Society, Governance) approach and initiatives
- Contribute in developing compelling internal communication programmes and activities,
- Consistent, on brand communication of engaging content across Parser’s internal communication channels
- Recommend, plan and implement activities to ensure team motivation and a good work environment.
- Strengthen the sense of belonging and community at Parser.
- End-to-end management of the regional Experience & Expertise Programmes.
- Continuously research and propose new ideas, suppliers and activities to support employee engagement and loyalty initiatives.
- Support the delivery of our employee satisfaction survey
- Manage all office related matters in the locations where we have offices.
- Collaborate and support activities across the HR & Talent function.
- Support the organization of Parser events.

**What You'll Bring To Us**:

- Location: Cordoba (Argentina)
- At least 2 years experience around Employee Engagement and Internal Communications in a fast-paced, high-growth, and progressive environment.
- Open mindset, with the ability to design the strategy to engage Parser's collaborators.
- Experience of culture development and organizational transformation.
- Skilled at developing and delivering creative and strategic solutions for initiatives that need engagement throughout different channels and approaches.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in an agile environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
