**About the Position**:
As a _Junior Finance Analyst_, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop a strong foundation in accounting principles, and contribute to the overall financial strategy of the organization. **Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the making of financial reports
- Create diagrams, charts and graphs to illustrate financial analysis
- Maintain the database and perform tasks such as data entry, verification and backups
- Automate accounting tasks to boost productivity
- Manage and coordinate the primary financial measurements, which include revenue, gross profit, expenses, profit and cash flow, and also provide advice regarding the most effective methods for cutting costs
- Observe deviations, keep track of the receivables and investigate the discrepancies
- Analyze the company's financial performance and create forecast models
- Perform analyses of the budget and the costs
- Keep all financial information, investment decisions and any other tasks the organization delegates in strict confidence

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English, verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of previous experience within the Staffing Services Industry
- Experience with Google Docs suite and Office
- Accuracy and detail-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
- Experience in an international environment: multi-currencies, international GAAP
