We are a fintech startup looking for an excited, high performing Financial Analyst with people skills, ambition, and the flexibility to work at a fast-paced fin-tech startup.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform financial analysis of real estate properties utilizing our industry-leading technology and prepare financial reports
- Work with banks and borrowers in relation to mortgage brokerage
- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Passion about enterprise technology, finance, and real estate
- Pro-active and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the motivation to develop your career
- Tremendous follow-through
- An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit
- Must be able to speak English
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred, ideally in Business, Economics, or Finance
