As an Agile Leader (formerly Scrum Master), you will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative, efficient, and high-performing team environment. Your role will involve guiding teams through Agile/Scrum best practices, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement, and managing multiple priorities with clear communication and decisive action. In addition to supporting your direct teams, you’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional groups like Cloud Operations, InfoSec, Architecture, Organizational Readiness, and UX to ensure alignment and success across projects. You’ll be responsible for coaching team members, providing feedback, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed on progress.
