**The Work You'll Do**:

- _More specifically, you will:_
- Define and implement processes to maintain software product configurations and infrastructure server configurations.
- Create clear and industry-standard documentation for process definitions and user training.
- Collaborate within an agile team to develop software solutions and advocate for best practices in Configuration Management.
- Continuously re-evaluate and propose improvements to existing Configuration Management practices.

**What We Need From You**
- Knowledge of SaaS technologies and SDLC processes.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Familiarity with private repositories, such as GitHub (preferred).
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to take on some off-hour responsibilities as needed.
