**The Work You'll Do**:
The Senior Associate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing client project plans from project kickoff until the transition to the Compliance Services teams. The Senior Associate delivers onboarding, training, and other project-based services for clients utilizing Sovos’ products and/or service offerings. The Senior Associate is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time with a high level of quality and client satisfaction, in addition to executing key configuration tasks.
- More specifically you will:_
- Act as primary point of contact during the implementation process for the client
- Complete configuration tasks
- Complete thorough client procedures documents which include all configuration details and any other necessary information
- Continue service activities for clients in coordination with CSA until the clients first filing cycle is completed.
- Develop and manage the project plan, project risks, and actively resolve project related issues as they arise
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes, documents, tools, reports, etc. to benefit the new customer implementation process
- Learn implementation processes and procedures
- Provide management with status reports
- Manage decommissioning of churn clients
- Perform a seamless, documented and thorough transition after implementation is complete
- Prepare project plans for basic assigned tasks, balancing commitments across multiple projects
- Provide training as necessary to clients
- Understand the client business logic and translate those requirements into technical specifications, develop the customizations, manage the configuration process and manage the testing process through sign-off
- Identify potential opportunities for Consulting and Voluntary Disclosure Agreements based on review of past due properties.
