**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Google Sheets to track and manage applicant information effectively
- Use Google Voice to communicate with applicants and conduct phone screenings
- Stay updated on the company's workforce requirements and be forward-thinking about talent needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback
- Assist with the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- **Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role**:

- Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such as Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Voice, and Gmail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- **Must be able to work on Pacific Standard Time zone**

Pay: $1,347.09 per hour
