**Position: Retention Marketing Manager**

**Type of contract: Independent contractor**

**Working Hours: 40 hours M-F PST**

**Scope of the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the formulation of CRM strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Regularly assess and analyse customer data (e.g., behaviour, engagement, rewards redemptions) to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Research beauty industry trends and emerging opportunities to enhance CRM strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate retention strategies with customer acquisition efforts.
- Manage and optimise Klaviyo (or a similar platform) for retention marketing, ensuring efficient execution.
- Perform other related tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English Communication Skills (Minimum C1)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in retention marketing or similar roles, with proficiency in CRM systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and metrics.
- Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Open to feedback and adaptable to new strategies.
