**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Your Tasks
- You have a T-shaped consultant profile. You bring deep expertise and experience in at least one of our portfolio focus points. At the same time you can keep a holistic perspective, understand and discuss challenges of modern IT’s, you can connect the dots between different technology domains and business and you can advise CIO’s to become a trusted partner.
- You are responsible for driving technology consulting business. You take active part in sales process, build trust-based relationship with our clients and convey IBM value to them.
- You lead project teams and are responsible for the high quality delivery in Time and on Budget
- You work with the IBM experts to develop strategies for our clients in their transformation to cloud, resiliency or digital network
- You analyze the requirements with our customers and develop a common understanding of future business and IT processes
- You keep track of costs, operational stability and the integration of the developed solutions

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Your Profile
- Completed degree in a business, natural science or technical degree program
- Professional experience: at least 10 years of experience in technology consulting
- Proven expertise and experience in at least one of the technology consulting focus-points (Hybrid Cloud Infrastructures, Journey to Cloud or Resiliency)
- 5 years experience in capturing and analyzing clients IT Landscape including definition of clients future cloud strategy
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management aspects such as Business Model of IT, Application & Technology Landscape and IT Operating Model
- Broad understanding of Cloud providers, brokers, Integration technologies and approaches.
- Hands on experience in demonstrating thought leadership, sales leadership and delivery leadership
- Proven experience in creating offers and responding to client RfPs
- Min. 5 years management experience in complex consulting projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Ability to translate visions into executable projects with clarity and purpose
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills
- Language skills: very good English
- High willingness to travel

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Experience in IT / digital technologies solution/service development

Experience of working in multiple medium to large projects

Working knowledge of agile methods

Certification in consulting and project management methods preferred

Experience of working in multi-cultural teams / international environment
