**SUMMARY**:
We're looking for an amazing Operations Manager to join our growing team and help push this product on to the next 100 million users.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
What can you expect?

The remit for this role is wide and varied, we’re not looking for specialism in one specific area, but a willingness to get involved in various projects across the company.

What we’re really after is:

- 4+ years experience in a tech company, or a fast growing start-up
- A fantastic level of written and spoken English
- Project management - able to take a project, break it out into steps and action them
- Able to work both independently, and alongside the wider team (senior/junior)
- Confidence to speak with internal stakeholders, and customers
- Able to follow established process, and importantly identify areas for improvement
- Experience building processes that can scale
- Documenting process and knowledge and ensuring it’s up to date at all times

If you’ve worked in a high growth tech company / a fast growing start-up, with varied work experience across one or more of business operations / client operations / process creation, then you could be ideal for the role

**RECRUITMENT PROCESS**:
First, you will be invited for a 30-minute chat with Ben from our Operations team via Zoom. We’ll ask about your previous experience, explain a little about Storyteller and answer any questions you have.

If the interview goes well, we will invite you to a second step - a task, we’ll pay you $50 USD to complete the task (regardless of the outcome). This is just designed to understand of how you approach problems and day to day work.

After that it’s a final chat with Ben and that’s it

**Salary**: Up to $1,233,641.00 per month
