The Financial Analyst will support the Financial Manager - Southern Cone with daily activities. Is responsible for helping
with analyzing financial data, both internal and bottler related. Works with various groups, both internal and external to
follow up expenses and annual commercial DME and marketing budget. Will monitor actual versus budgeted
expenditures and provide feedback to the Financial Manager, also participating in the AP/AR processes auditing invoices
from copacker and balances presented in payment runs.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Provide analytical support to Sales, Finance, and other business teams in regard to Customer and Channel pricing

performance against agreed-upon contractual commitments.- Tracking DME and marketing spend for Argentina for each bottler in SAP and make sure that the marketing

support comes under the correct bucket.- Assist commercial and finance to correctly assign the commercial expense in the correct BA.
- Assist POS LATAM, commercial, and finance with ARG material reclass to international BA.
- Marketing Spend Audit of Bottler - Audit bottler spends to make sure they are spending the correct amount as

noted in the 50/50.- Assist with auditing quantities and amounts in copacker invoices presented by the bottlers.
- Assist with auditing the invoices included ( MEA and Bottlers) in payment runs to ensure the process.
- Assist Financial Manager in negotiating sales price to bottlers through value chains analysis.
- Assist Financial Manager in quarterly true-up of the 50/50.
- Assist Financial Manager and accounting in quarterly DME reclassification.
- Reconcile all financial matters such as AP/AR invoices matching with payment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams as well as our external partners to develop commercial

and financial performance forecasts, projections, and plans - annual budget.- Perform monthly and quarterly detailed analysis of financial statements to explain variances against prior years,

budgets, etc.**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Advance skill in the English language.
- 2+ years of progressive financial/accounting experience.
- Great understanding of GAAP and understanding of accounting transactions.
- Strong experience with SAP or other similar ERP financial software.
- Strong technical and analytical skills - ability to perform financial, mathematical, and statistical analyses.
- Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data, and use this data to make recommendations to management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills - ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must possess good presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Very strong organizational and time management skills - ability to work independently with limited.
- supervision in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment in order to meet established timelines.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Must have a professional attitude and be able to work with all levels of employees, both internally and

externally.
