- PAULA GUERRA**THE CHALLENGE**:
We are looking for a Financial Supervisor to join our dynamic and multinational team. This role is based in Bogota. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be directly responsible for supporting all finance and accounting tasks for Latam.

**A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Develop and maintain monthly management accounts of the specific assigned areas alongside the Finance Manager and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).
- Support
- Liaising with external auditors alongside the complete audit process.
- Assisting with budget and forecast process.
- Preparation of recurrent monthly reconciliations for accounting and transactional purposes.
- Assisting in the preparation and follow up of the weekly payments to third party vendors following the internal controls.
- Document and keep control of the fixed assets and licenses, prepaid policies, and insurance of the company, validating the depreciation and amortization schedules.
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of statutory or legal reports and obligations that are not covered in the scope of services with the BPO.
- Ad-hoc reporting as it comes along, including from operational management, CEO as well as BOD.
- Assistance in other general administrative matters.
- Maintain an assertive, respectful, diligent, and effective communication, either written or spoken with external parties such as vendors, merchants, or outsourcing companies, as well as with internal users such as managers, team members and any company’s employees.
- Maintain strictly confidentiality of information.

**YOU’RE GOOD AT**:

- Accounting qualification (CPA / ACCA or equivalent)
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook & Word
- Fluent in English - level B2 a MUST
