**BAT ARGENTINA** **IS LOOKING FOR A** **FINANCE PLANNING ANALYST**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-managerial

**LOCATION**:Martinez, Buenos Aires Argentina

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The role provide support to P&R team by managing daily planning and reporting tasks. He will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances, The role is key in controlling and overseeing Budget, P&L and the Indirect Cash Flow. It also provides support to other areas through financial analysis.

**Reports to**: Corporate Finance Planning Executive

**Reporting Level**: No direct reports

**Geographic Scope**: Martinez, Buenos Aires Argentina

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support and manage the monthly forecasts P&L and Indirect Cash Flow.
- Planning and reporting of cycles for MOPEs (SOP) and QPRs
- Forecast control of OVH areas
- Analyse actuals vs forecasts and provide insight on variance, comply with actuals and forecast reporting requirement.
- Contribute to preparate of Ad-Hoc local and regional requests.
- Identify process to improve, eliminate inefficiencies and make them more agile. Actively guide and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Work with business partners and shared services

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related.
- Experience as senior finance analyst (at least 2-3 years)
- Microsoft Excel Advanced, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- English intermediate/advanced.
- Finance planning and budget control.
- Strong financial analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaborative.
- Organized and multitasking.
- Great attention to detail

**BENEFICIAL**
- Experience with SAP and reporting tools EPM / BPC, desirable.
- Database management, desirable.
