Service Supervisor

**Service LAT is responsible for ensuring the best performance possible of wind turbines in the LAT SUB (Latin America).**
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervision of a team of Service Technicians to ensure that they carry out their work effectively, safely and to the required standards
- Use KPIs to monitor team and individual performance and take action as appropriate to share successes, address shortfalls and make improvements
- Follow up with customers regarding performance of turbines and quality of work
- Optimize manpower availability through control and approval of holiday requests and management of absence against capacity requirements
- Conduct QSE audits in co-operation with the QSE department
- Ensure effective two way communication between Service Technicians and the Regional Office.
- Development of Service Technicians including annual appraisals, identification of training needs and delivery of on-site training and coaching on best practice to create and maintain a high performance team.
- Participate in the selection of new Service Technicians
- Together with Customer Manager perform face to face customer contact
- Support planning to ensure resources available at all times. Have regular meeting with planner to ensure plans are on target.
- Carry on SO management process once created
**Qualifications and Competences**:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Naval Engineering
- Prior strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience is highly desired
- Strong skills in business understanding and information / datanalysis
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Excellent People Management skills
- Oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- At least 3 years industry applicable experience
