**Operations Assistant**:
**Location**:Remote (Latin America)
**Schedule**:9am-5pm EST | Full-Time

Our client — a fast-growing international company led by a visionary founder — is looking for a **detail-oriented, proactive Operations Assistant**to help turn ideas into action and keep fast-moving projects on track.

This is not a role for “idea people.” It’s for someone who _gets satisfaction from execution _— from organizing, following through, and making sure things actually get done.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Turn Ideas into Action**
- Break down the founder’s ideas into simple, actionable steps.
- Track every project to ensure it actually gets completed.
- Build systems and workflows that make daily operations smoother.
- Monitor deadlines and commitments across different projects.

**Be Our Tech-Smart Organizer**
- Use tools like **Notion, ClickUp, or Google Sheets**to manage projects.
- Set up automations with **Zapier, Make**, or similar tools.
- Create dashboards and trackers to give visibility to the whole team.
- Document processes so anyone can follow them easily.

**Be the Reliable One**
- Stay calm when plans change (it happens often).
- Keep projects moving even when others drop the ball.
- Become the person everyone trusts to make sure things get done right.

** Must-Haves**:

- **Excellent English**— both written and spoken.
- **Tech confidence**— comfortable learning and connecting tools quickly.
- **Strong organizational skills**— you bring clarity and structure naturally.
- **Follow-through mindset**— you always finish what you start.

**Tools you’ll use**:ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ChatGPT, and other basic AI tools.
