**What You’ll Do**:
As a Project Coordinator focused on translation and localization projects, your primary role will be to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of projects. You'll be the linchpin between our clients and the translation team, making sure that the projects meet our high standards and are delivered on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of translation and localization projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Liaise between clients and the translation team, communicating requirements and feedback effectively.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any issues that may arise during the project execution.
- Collaborate with various departments such as sales, marketing, and translation to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Maintain detailed records of project specifications, timelines, and billing information.
- Provide post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future projects.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with outstanding communication skills.
- 0-1 of experience in project coordination, preferably within the translation, localization, or related industries.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
