Latam Sales Representative

America Steel Trade Corporation is an international trading company based in North Miami, Florida. We specialize in sourcing, exporting, and distributing steel products to the North, Central, and South American markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue for long and flat steel products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify potential areas for growth and development.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to track progress and communicate results to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in long and flat steel products.
- Proficiency in English is required. (Spanish knowledge will be a plus).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the steel or related industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and generating weekly sales reports is preferred. (Salesforce)
Pay: From $812,626.00 per month
