Principales responsabilidades:

- Supervisar la preparación y presentación de estados financieros, como el balance general, la cuenta de resultados y el flujo de efectivo.
- Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones contables diarias, incluyendo la facturación, la conciliación de cuentas y el registro de transacciones.
- Asegurarse de que las transacciones contables cumplan con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y las leyes y regulaciones contables y fiscales.
- Participar en la elaboración del presupuesto anual y de los informes financieros para la alta dirección.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos, como Recursos Humanos o Compras, para asegurar que las transacciones y operaciones financieras estén correctamente registradas y reflejadas en los estados financieros.
- Realizar análisis financieros y de rentabilidad para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Gestionar y liderar al personal contable, incluyendo la evaluación del desempeño y la formación en nuevas habilidades y conocimientos.
