Here's what you should know if you want to be an Assistant Accountant at R/GA:
**On any given day you might**
- General assistance to Controller and Senior Accountant on reporting.
- Help with month end closing, including general Accounting review, provision calculation, and journal entries preparation.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Assist with Budget Forecast updates, corrections and suggestions.
- Assist with Accounts reconciliation.
- Prepare Intercompany reconciliation for month end closing.
- Research Intercompany discrepancies and Intercompany out of balance for resolution, and escalate matters to supervisor/management accordingly.
**The ideal person**
- Has experience with SAP, or other similar ERPs
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal skills and works well with others in a diverse environment, including external stakeholders and other Finance team members.
- Is self-motivated and takes a hands-on approach to solving problems
- Is organized and pays extra attention to the details
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Is able to deal with month end processes and is comfortable working with deadlines
**You brinng**
- 2 years related experience, preferably in the advertising industry
- Bachelor in Accounting/Finance Students (finishing the degree).
