**Your Role and Responsibilities**
This position provides Network Services support within the Global Data Center operation to DNS (BlueCat or Microsoft), Load Balancer (Citrix Netscaler or F5) and DHCP (BlueCat) infrastructure as well as switch port provisioning (Cisco Nexus) within Global Data Center and local Data Rooms across the world working closely with Data Center Engineering, On-site services, Server provisioning team, Automation team and Azure Cloud team among others.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Daily activities include but may not be limited to:
- Load Balancer administration and maintenance (Server and Global LB).
- DNS administration and maintenance.
- Switch port allocation.
- IP space management.
- Troubleshooting engagement in outage calls where multiple teams may be involved (Firewall, Clould, Application, etc).
- Escalation to vendor as needed.
- Part replacements management.
- SLA compliance for change and incident management.
- Service Now ticketing system.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- 3-5 years in Network/IT support.
- 3-5 years in networking and general project management.
- Preferred: Progressive record of growth, project, technical and project skills in maintaining and implementing complex network infrastructures.
- Intermediate English Level Required.
- Certifications preferred: A+, Network+, CCNA, ITILv3 Foundations.
