**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- To plan and execute network routine changes.
- Troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages.
- To report network operational status, by collecting data through various tools.
- To upgrade data network devices to the new stable platform.
- To provide on site support to remote engineers during network issues.
- Revision and update of network diagrams and documentation.
- To maintain good relationship and communications with end Customers, project managers, and service engineers.
- To cooperate on solutions and follow up issues with 3rd parties suppliers.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Required Technical and Professional Expertise.
- Proven knowledge, experience in trouble-shooting, switching, routing.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Networking.
- Passion for a technical career path.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- CCNP or equivalent, other vendor certifications.
- Working knowledge of ITIL - Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Hands on Cisco ACI, F5, Cisco/Juniper Routing & Switching.
- Experience with Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto firewalls.
- Experience of Network security, WAN, WI-FI, etc.
- Working and basic experience on Virtualization technologies.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge on Cloud Security Networking technologies and architectures (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Basic Knowledge in security tools (Firemon, Tennable, QRadar)

**Required Education**

High School Diploma/GED
