You are a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on connecting with prospects and sharing how our solution can transform their business. You understand that quick response time to inbound leads and maintaining strong relationships are key to success in SaaS sales. Your English language skills are very strong and you love talking to people all day We are a >$1M ARR SaaS company that helps small business owners solve their number one problem: putting the right people in the right seats in their companies. We do this through a combination of AI and behavioral science to quickly and accurately determine who is right for the roles our customers are hiring. We are investor backed and already have significant customer acquisition and build traction. Who You Are: - A high-energy professional with excellent verbal English skills and a passion for sales - Experienced in SDR/sales role, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry - Quick to respond and comfortable managing a high volume of daily calls - Someone who thrives on hitting and exceeding targets - Detail-oriented with strong CRM management skills - A relationship builder who can identify opportunities for account expansion Who We Are: - A fast-growing, investor-backed company who knows our #1 asset is our people - Committed to letting our people lead, and are all focused on the same goal: helping small business owners - A team that knows that a failed test is simply more experience gained - we love to test new things in our discovery of what works - Results-oriented and focused on visibility - we look at our numbers daily to inform how we can always get better In the job you will: - Make 100+ daily calls to engage with inbound leads and existing customers - Respond quickly to new leads and schedule demos with qualified prospects - Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline in HubSpot CRM - Identify and re-engage opportunities within our existing lead database - Proactively reach out to current customers to introduce new features - Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth handoffs This is a fully remote position. We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm to every call and has the drive to exceed targets while building strong relationships with prospects and customers.
