The Implementation engineer is responsible for implementing new technologies and systems. He/sheworks with different clients, from small businesses to large corporations, to help them integrate new software or hardware into their existing infrastructure.

He/she works and collaborates with the customer intending to comprehend the company's business requirements, and also assists the same with enforcing different specialized schemes and programs for the same.

He/she makes the company stand unique among others regarding profits and work productivity.

An implementation engineer configures and develops the employment needs and particularities and handles his/her interactions with the work personnel who study and examine implementation methods and procedures. He/she is responsible and accountable for settling matters of conflicts within his/her section of the company.

He/she also creates and enhances the plans and strategies meant for his/her section in the company, per the customers' needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure expected requirements are met according to organizational standards and principles
- Perform varied analysis to support organization and client improvement
- Perform data validation tests to ensure quality
- Work with clients/clinicians to improve healthcare
- Manage client projects; ensure assigned projects are executed efficiently and according to project requirements and timelines.

**Recommended Skills**
- Effective written and verbal communication (English)
- Strong sense of customer service to address client needs consistently and effectively
- General understanding of analytics and statistics
- Working knowledge of database principles, processes, technologies, and tools

**Experience with healthcare claims data**
- 2+ years’ experience in Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Familiarity with SQL Service Integration Services (SSIS)
