**The Work You'll Do**:
As a Compliance Services Associate, you will provide technical processing support to the client operations team; resolve service concerns and/or opportunities by utilizing product and organizational knowledge.
- What are my responsibilities going to be, more specifically?_
- Import and reconcile data based on client needs
- Ensure all client-specific needs are well documented
- Perform timely and accurate submissions to federal and state agencies
- Adhere to all deadlines to meet all regulatory deadlines and needs
- Identify opportunities for improving our existing processes, to increase reliability and reduce effort
- Provide support to Managed Services Associates located in the United States

**What We Need From You**:

- Intermediate English
- Computer software knowledge; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and become an expert on our software
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail oriented and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in global companies desired
