**The Role**
We’re seeking a Human Resources Manager who ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures, as well as design the strategic plan that covers the internal needs of the company and people in relation to compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development and payroll in LATAM region.
**Responsibilities**
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations HR and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and succession planning.
- Provide support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accomodations, investigatin allegations of wrongdoing and terminations.In charge of talent acquisiton process; collaborate with managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positions.
- Analyze trend in compensation and benefits, researche and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure that organization could attract and retain top talent.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
- Maintain compliance with government and local employement laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance in LATAM region.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in HR, talent management and employement law.Perform other duties assigned.
- Payroll administration.
**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization DevelopmentHuman Resources management
- +5 years of experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
- Proven knowledge in labor regulations in Mexico and Argentina.
- Management of payroll systems, recruitment, training.
- FinTech or crypto knowleged or expertise (desirable).
- **Fluent English (required).**:
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
