**Associate Human Resources**:
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will interact with healthcare decision makers to communicate and advance the scientific platform as aligned with Amgen’s company goals and objectives.
- Assists with accurate and compliance pay and benefits administration.
- Coordinates and processes local payroll with external vendor.
- Reviews and analyses pay data to resolve or escalate discrepancies as appropriate.
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
- Coordinates and schedules Human Resources programs and events such as orientation and recruiting events.
- Implements and ensures a clear, shared understanding of HR procedures/policies.
- Administer Company Vehicles Fleet
- Supports the recruitment processes in partnership with external vendor and line manager (CW)
- Addresses employee queries or ad-hoc requests.
- Support execution of Human Resources projects
- Collaborates with COEs
- Coordinate Vendor Relationship including invoicing and payments.
- Delivers effective Human Resources service which is customer-focused and business
- related.
- Manage employee life cycle (from hiring to termination)
- Operationally supports Human Resources and Business strategies.
- Delivers effective Human Resources services which are customer focused and aligned with our business goals and objectives.
- Manages Human Resources policies and practices so that present and future requirements are met optimally.

**Basic** **qualifications**:

- University Degree: Human Resources, Business or similar
- 1 to 3 years of related proven experience
- Knowledge of recruitment, communication, training process
- Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication
- Computer skills

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Master or post-graduate in Human Resources
- Proven experience in Human Resources
- Experience in multinational pharmaceutical company
