IT Labs, a leading software development company, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs. At IT Labs, we value innovation, efficiency, and excellence in everything we do. **Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement data structure, integration, and security solutions
- Work with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy complex business solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues and provide timely resolution
- Stay current with emerging Salesforce trends, technologies, and best practices
- Mentor other team members and provide technical leadership to the team

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and Integration patterns
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development methodologies
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer or Architect preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
