Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

- Students graduating during 2024/5 from the following universities we work with: UADE, ITBA, FIUBA, UTN, USAL, Universidad Austral, UNLP, Universidad Blas Pascal Córdoba, from Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Information systems, or related field with aspirations to develop Customer Success and delivery skills.
- Intermediate/advanced English skills
- Availability to work 20 hours per week

What we are looking for:

- Team player with excellent oral and written communication
- Problem solving skills and initiative
- Attention to detail

It’s a plus to have knowledge of (but don’t mind it if you don’t):

- Scala, Java, Javascript, TypeScript, React, AJAX, DOM, JSON, HTML, CSS, JUnit
- Development tools like: IntelliJ Idea, on MacOS and Unix platforms, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Spinnaker.
- Cloud environments: AWS
- Object Oriented Programming

What you'll learn/do:

- Learn to use key software development tools, Salesforce/Mulesoft platform and related products
- Understand and participate in the full development cycle, actively working on some of its different phases.
- Participate in team and project follow-up meetings, to discuss active projects, timelines for implementation, planning, etc.
- Disclaimer: it will depend on the team you're assigned to the different learnings you'll have at the end of the program, although all will be on the Software Development world.
