**Responsibilities**:

- Full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing top technical talents, while hiring for various levels across the company - with a special focus on Tech/Engineering roles on a global scale
- Track and report on talent acquisition metrics to articulate progress against hiring demand
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and hiring managers to inform recruiting decisions and drive ongoing improvements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global team environment.

**Requirements**:

- You have 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in the SaaS industry.
- Prior experience with hiring backend engineers, ideally JS, Ruby on Rails,.Net engineers
- Prior experience hiring in Argentina and the EU remote
- A basic understanding of software development terminology
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously while seen as a great team player
- The desire to develop in a competitive environment based on an “all you can learn” culture and support
