In **Córdoba, Argentina;** we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our IT team.

**_This is you_**
- Proficiency in configuring and administering switches and firewalls (**Fortinet**/**Cisco**).
- Expertise in operating systems, including **Linux** and **Windows**, for troubleshooting and configuration.
- Strong understanding of **LAN/WAN network architectures** and their administration.
- Experience with **cloud services**, preferably **AWS**, and **Office 365 administration**.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
- Solid experience as an **IT Support Engineer** with a focus on **Network Administration**.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and technical teams, explaining problems and solutions clearly.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain rigorous tracking of incidents and requirements.
- A proactive team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and external suppliers.

Nice-to-have skills:

- Experience with **Fortinet** and **Cisco** devices for configuration and administration of switches and firewalls.
- Knowledge of information security practices, both at the user level and within data networks.
- Familiarity with **AWS** cloud services.
- Advanced skills in **computer virtualization** and managing virtualized environments.

- Provide technical support to end users, ensuring effective incident resolution and tracking.
- Maintain the availability and correct operation of equipment under your management.
- Coordinate and track incidents reported to external suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Monitor the status and performance of company equipment and maintain operational continuity.
- Manage and track tickets through **Jira**, ensuring clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Maintain control over the company’s asset inventory.
- Provide support for **on-premise** and **cloud-based servers**.
- Administer and maintain the company’s **LAN/WAN networks** and data infrastructure.
- Manage **Office 365** tools and services for user and resource administration.
