The **Project Analyst, **reporting to the Project Coordinator, will ensure the timely implementation of projects, managing them from start to finish together with the Technical, Commercial, Finance and Operations areas. You will ensure and promote the implementation of new requirements or operations strategy, adapting the current procedures following our Quality, Safety, Service and Cost standards.

**You will**:

- Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to follow up, end-to-end, new strategic commercial business.
- Development or use of tools to improve project monitoring. Develop metrics and dashboard indicators that provide information on the status and effectiveness of project implementation.
- Development of project plans, including the definition of goals, actions to be taken, target times and responsibilities.
- Analyze resources and capacity for implementation of new projects.
- Monitor project implementation in Operations, developing new procedures, workflows and standards,. Also, documenting complexities, risks and mitigation action plan.
- Lead management and coordination meetings to provide general project information. Also communicate complexities and improvement plans.
- Create presentation materials to provide reporting and metrics on project implementation.
- Track implementation of digitization initiatives in Operations.

**Your professional profile requires**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial or Food Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles
- Advanced Level of English.
- Knowledge in project management tools.
