**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position: Programmatic **Lead**

**OBJECTIVES**

Programmatic Lead plays a key role in providing best-in-class account management services to advertising clients. In collaboration with the sales executive, he/she is responsible for ensuring the success of all programmatic campaigns, including performance analysis, implementation and optimization.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Will be the visible face of the programmatic brand in the country in consideration.
- Will be responsible for the relationship with the trading desk
- Tracking of commercial objectives by product and by country.
- Partner’s consumption control.
- Follow-up of Annual Agreements with Agencies.
- Internal reporting to programmatic teams.
- Troubleshoot and solve ad delivery and technical issues.
- Support the overall delivery of campaigns by ensuring timely trafficking, campaign performance optimization, troubleshooting and reporting

**SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant Experience according to the position.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken (other languages will be highly valued)
- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
- Strong command of Excel, formulas, macros etc. with strong analytical skill.
- Great organization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong team player, contributor and proactive.
- Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required

**POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK**

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday
