So you're interested in becoming a Specialist, Programmatic? Let's dive into what that means : Deliver high-quality, best-in-class work for clients within your Practice – Use your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time. Follow all best practice and QA processes. Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other Practices. Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will also start to build your knowledge of other Practices. Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact for your client or Practice. Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills. We’re looking for someone who Has 12+ months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in Programmatic platforms such as DV360 or other DSPs Is passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you. Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management. Has a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together. Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills. Has advancing data analysis and storytelling skills. Is someone with strong attention to detail, who is methodical and process orientated and has demonstrated a very high quality of work. Has an advanced English level (B2 in advance).
