The client is a leading world telecommunication provider. The primary objective to build a Secure Element (SE) Remote Management solution. The platform will allow flexible remote management of secure elements (UICC SE/eSE), including their communications reliably and security.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of relevant design experience in user experience, visual design or interaction designer role developing web-, desktop-based, and mobile app solutions
- Work experience in an international team, collaboration with clients, design and development teams. Customer-facing experience - communicating, presenting, explaining and advocating your ideas
- Communication skills to share and explain insights and results in simple and powerful terms to a variety
- Pro-activity and the ability to be self-directed when needed
- Knowledge of research types and methods, ability to conduct market and user research, product, service audits. Ability to participate in workshops, interviews etc. and also act as a facilitator
- Strong understanding of usability principles and methodologies, visual perception rules
- Knowledge of native behavior for Web, Android, iOS, Windows
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards
- Strong ability to think technically and collaborate with the development team
- Fluency with common design software (Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Zeplin, Invision, Axure)
- Representative portfolio
- English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate ideas and concepts
- Comprehensive research and results presentation
- Create user portraits, flows, scenarios
- Visual research
- Design interaction patterns and guidelines for different platforms
- UX deliverables such as personas, scenarios, CJM, sitemaps, service blueprint etc.
- Mock-ups according to system guidelines, accessibility standards, and clients design system
- Support development team during implementation
