Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Project Managing successful implementation of OPEX initiatives
- Engage functional managers, Center of Expertise teams, HR Business Partners, Field HR, HR Delivery Centers, HRIS and cross functional partners to facilitate working sessions to deliver global process standardization and improvement projects, in accordance with organizational goals and priorities
- Interact with key stakeholders to drive and influence process improvements through Process Excellence and Lean methodologies
- Accountable for ensuring a seamless end-to-end process across HR systems (Workday, Service Now, etc) for employees and managers
- Accountable for development of process/technology training, communication materials and HR onboarding in partnership with CoEs
- Responsible for the maintenance of process documentation tools (Global Process Catalogue, Design Workbooks, Regional/Country work instructions, among others) partnering with local HR teams (HR BPs and Field HR) and CoEs
- Management of knowledge repository in ServiceNow
- Develop strategy and assess impact of proposed changes on end user adoption, cycle time impact, headcount, etc
- Drive implementation of Change Management plans
- Influence the HR Delivery Centers, at all levels, to achieve and sustain a high-performance continuous improvement culture throughout the organization as well as a customer-oriented end user experience focus
- Monitor the health of the process via support in driving process metrics, tracking KPIs, SLAs and scorecard implementation
- Ensure compliance, sustainability and control of improvements implemented across all projects
- Understand functional design of HR Service Management Technology System for system capabilities
- Responsible for deploying regional rollouts for process enhancements and HR Service Management systems updates
- Keep enhancement log and user-stories updated for future release cycles of ServiceNow and Workday

**Required Skills / Experience / Competencies**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Human Relations, or related discipline
- 5 years of Operational Excellence Roles
- Knowledge or interest about HR area
- Workday experience - Service Now experience preferred
- Relevant Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred
- Understanding of OPEX Principles and Lean Methodology
- Proven Project Management skills
- Must be fluent in spoken & written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong internal & external relationships at all levels
- Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize work appropriately
- Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication
- Strong Qualitative/Quantitative analytical skills
