Position Summary The Sales Manager – Argentina will be responsible for leading TRG’s commercial strategy and managing all aspects of the company’s operations within the country. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, combining sales execution, business development, and country management. You’ll work closely with the Regional Managing Director (LATAM) and SVP of Sales to ensure business growth, operational excellence, and strong alignment with TRG’s regional and global objectives. Key Responsibilities - Lead sales strategy and execution in Argentina to meet or exceed annual targets. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. - Identify new business opportunities and drive local market expansion. - Support regional and global initiatives aligned with TRG’s growth strategy. - Manage P&L and ensure operational efficiency within Argentina. - Represent TRG before local partners, institutions, and key stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and labor regulations. - Collaborate with regional HR, Finance, and Operations teams to align processes and policies. - Foster TRG culture and employee engagement within the country team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in sales leadership and/or general management. - Proven track record in B2B technology or related industries. - Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills. - Experience managing teams and driving results in a matrix environment. - Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
