Cross Country Sr. Finance Analyst

The position provides proactive and meaningful financial support to business partners and main stakeholders, as well as timely insights and updates via value added actions oriented on business analytics.

The position will also be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and monthly / quarterly accounting closures. This role requires analytical skills to effectively provide information that allows to craft the decisions, challenge status quo, and hold accountable with key partners to act with speed and agility. Technical and analytical capabilities, as well as compliance and risk management skills are required.

The individual will also participate in multiple projects to look for business improvement and cost optimization.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for closing activities, business plans and forecast estimations.
- Follow up and monitor P&L and BS key indicators to evaluate performance against expected goals and propose corrective actions.
- Support Finance and the business to foster the highest level of Compliance controls as well as to ensure a robust Internal Control environment: SOX, USGAAP, SOP updates, process controls.
- Review policies and procedures on a regular basis.
- Work on opportunities for expansion of sales analytical capabilities including market models and other qualitative/quantitative metrics.
- Play a key role in business partnering with Commercial team by providing meaningful analytical information (sales reserves, gross to net, etc.)
- Support Finance and the business in strategic analysis and financial insights for geographical expansion in the cluster.
- Develop financial models, analyses, and processes to support strategic initiatives.
- Work on special one time projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation on Business Administration, Accounting, Economy.
- Experience in Financial Planning, Accounting, or related business experience.
- Proven experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization.
- Possess strong communications and framing presentation skills.
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.
- The ability to work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously is required.

**Required knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications/licenses and affiliations**:

- Intermediate English
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI (Desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP (Desirable)
