En Tenda, buscamos un Business Development & Marketing Manager para liderar la estrategia comercial con distribuidores, coordinar iniciativas de marketing y gestionar el portafolio de productos en el país.

Se trata de una posición clave para conectar la estrategia regional con el mercado local y asegurar el crecimiento sostenido del negocio.

Vacante: Business Development & Marketing Manager

Ubicación: Argentina - Presencial

Compensación: USD 2.000 - 2.500 mensuales (contrato en dólares)

Horario: Lunes a viernes.

Idioma: Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito, indispensable)

**Responsabilidades**:
Sell In (Comercial y Distribuidores):

- Gestionar la relación con distribuidores y mayoristas.
- Negociar acuerdos comerciales, condiciones y volúmenes.
- Definir y ejecutar estrategias para alcanzar objetivos de ventas.
- Monitorear resultados de sell in y sell out.

Marketing:

- Planificar y ejecutar campañas alineadas con la estrategia regional.
- Desarrollar acciones de trade marketing y activaciones en punto de venta.
- Analizar tendencias y competencia para proponer planes de acción.
- Asegurar la correcta comunicación y posicionamiento de la marca.

Producto:

- Administrar el ciclo de vida del portafolio en el mercado argentino.
- Coordinar lanzamientos, precios y estrategias de posicionamiento.
- Incorporar feedback del mercado para mejoras continuas.
- Alinear la estrategia de producto con lineamientos regionales/globales.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación universitaria en Administración, Marketing, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en roles similares.
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Habilidades de negociación, liderazgo y análisis de datos.
